Villa Rosa – Nice villa in a quiet environment Ref. 909

The house is situated in a very quiet area and yet with an easy and quick access to the town centre of Calpe with its shops and restaurants. Also the beaches are within walking distance. This beautiful villa has sea and mountain views.
Villa Rosa is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 6 people. Decorated with a lot of style and homey character. It has a large kitchen, a living room with fireplace, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All rooms are carefully equipped and very comfortable. From the glass terrace you can see the sea. It has heating and air conditioning so that it can be enjoyed the whole year. The pool area has a barbecue and a rest area. It is an ideal home to enjoy a few days of rest and relaxation and the perfect option to spend an excellent holiday with friends or family.

Our service includes bed linen and towels. If you have special requests for equipment etc. please do not hesitate to let us know. These will be satisfied as far as possible (please always ask in advance). Upon arrival everything will be ready for you to start enjoying your holiday immediately (beds made etc…).
We also offer an additional Meeting-Point service, we wait for our guests at a previously agreed place in Calpe and guide them to their booked holiday home. We can as well organise a transfer service from Valencia or Alicante airport for you (prices on request).
