Beautiful apartment located on the second line of the beach with fabulous views to the sea. It has 90 m2 and is on the 3rd floor of the building. It offers spectacular views towards the sea and the beach and is only a few metres from the centre of Calpe, where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, bars, pubs and many other establishments of interest.
The apartment has a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, as well as a kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher and a complete bathroom. The L-shaped terrace is very spacious and offers breathtaking panoramic views. All rooms are very bright. In the pool area of the building there is also a terrace for sunbathing and a garden with palm trees. You will also find paddle and tennis courts in the communal area.
This spacious apartment is equipped with electric blinds, double glazed windows and air conditioning.
Our service includes bed linen and towels. If you have special requests for equipment etc. please do not hesitate to let us know. These will be satisfied as far as possible (please always ask in advance). At your arrival everything will be ready for you to start enjoying your holiday immediately.
We also offer a Meeting-Point service, where we wait for our guests at an agreed place in Calpe to accompany them to their booked holiday home. If you need a transfer service from Valencia or Alicante airport, please let us know (prices on request).
