The location of the apartment is perfect. It is on the second line of the beach with wonderful views towards the harbour and the bay. The beach is only 100 meters away.
The approximately 92 m2 living area is distributed in two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with kitchen. The glazed balcony was integrated into the main living room and offers wonderful sea views from every angle. It also has a communal swimming pool, surrounded by a very well maintained garden with lawns and plants of various species.
A few meters away is the city center where you will find supermarkets, bars, cafes and the best restaurants in Calpe. The building is located in a street with very little traffic and has public parking just 20 meters away. This spacious apartment is equipped with electric blinds, double glazed windows and is decorated with modern furniture.
Our service includes bed linen and towels. If you have special requests for equipment etc. please do not hesitate to let us know. These will be satisfied as far as possible (please always ask in advance). Upon your arrival everything will be ready for you to start enjoying your holiday immediately.
As an additional service, we expect our guests at a previously agreed place in Calpe to accompany them to their holiday home. We also offer the possibility to arrange a transfer service from Valencia or Alicante airport (prices on request).
