The plot with some olive and almond trees is very flat, a 360\u00b0 panoramic view without any buildings! On one side a beautiful sea view, behind it the view of the castle of Guadalest with the reservoir, on the right side an impressive mountain range, reminiscent of the Pyrenees or the Alps. An electricity pylon on the property boundary and the water about 50 metres away. Therefore, a simple connection is possible as soon as there is a building permit. At the moment there is not.
